A tracking number is provided and, if you are away, the package can be left at your door, in your mailbox or at the post office/pickup point for a limited period (10 days with Canada Post, 5 days with Canpar). After this period, the package is returned and refunded less the delivery costs.

All purchases are considered final sales: no returns or exchanges are accepted for hygiene reasons, unless an item is defective or damaged upon delivery. In this case, you must contact bladesbarbier.com within 14 days with a photo of the receipt and product to arrange an exchange.
