Registration
You have the opportunity to create a user account for the BladesBarbier.com website via the homepage. Creating an account speeds up the ordering process. Your personal information, such as your first and last name, billing address, and delivery address, is securely stored so you don't have to provide it each time you place an order. In addition, by creating an account, you have access to your transaction history and order status, all in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy. You can modify your information or close your account at any time. To close your account, you must contact us by email at support@bladesbarbier.com and make a request. You will then lose access to your order history. You will also need to enter your delivery and billing address each time you place an order.
Price
The price payable for each product you order is the one appearing next to the product offered on the site. All prices on the site are in Canadian dollars. BladesBarbier.com reserves the right to change the price of products offered on the site at any time, without notice. Prices and promotions in the online store may differ from those in stores (Colorsha, Coifferie Internationale and Blades Barbier).
Shipping costs
Shipping and delivery are free on orders of $50 or more (after promotions and before taxes) in Canada. Shipping and delivery fees are extra for orders under $50 and appear on screen before you complete your order. Some exceptions apply.
Given the high shipping costs in certain provinces and remote areas, BladesBarbier.com reserves the right to apply additional shipping fees to orders of $50 or more served by Airline Express post offices. In such exceptional cases, a customer service representative will call you to explain the additional fees and confirm whether they are acceptable to you.
BladesBarbier.com reserves the right to apply additional delivery fees to orders of $50 or more in more remote areas. We will contact you to explain the additional fees and confirm if this is acceptable to you.
Sales taxes
Applicable sales taxes are extra and appear on screen before you complete your order.
Order
The customer is responsible for adding the correct products to their cart and verifying that the desired promotion or promotional code has been correctly applied to the cart before finalizing their order. BladesBarbier.com can assist you with an incorrectly placed order within 30 days of the order. If a customer fails to correctly add the products, BladesBarbier.com will ship the items, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs (costs vary by region).
BladesBarbier.com must have received full payment for the products to be delivered to you before proceeding with their delivery.
Incomplete order
If a product is missing from your order, you have 7 business days to notify us by email at support@bladesbarbier.com or by phone at 418 527-8777 or toll-free at 1 855 527-8777. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
Adding to an existing order
If you have placed and paid for your order and would like to add an item, our transaction system will not allow you to do so. Since we have chosen an ultra-secure payment method with Authorize.Net (a Visa solution) to protect you, we do not have access to your banking information and cannot add a product to an order that has already been completed.
Order exposed to cold
Were you not there when your package was delivered and your products froze? If this happens, leave the products in the box at room temperature; they will thaw naturally and will not be affected. Do not shake the bottles; handle with care.
Payment
Only the following credit card payments are accepted on the site: American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Credit cards used on the Site must be valid and authentic, and you must be authorized to use them. The billing address and the cardholder's address must match for payment verification purposes. If the charge is not authorized or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice and without any liability or obligation to you. We reserve the right to validate the credit card with any issuer if fraudulent use is suspected.
Promotional codes
Only one promo code can be applied to an order. They cannot be applied to a previous order and cannot be combined with other offers. Promo codes are not applicable to sale or clearance items and apply to a minimum amount of $50 after discount . Promo codes do not apply to the following prestige brands: Air Light Pro, Dyson, Kérastase, Kevin Murphy, K18, Living proof, Moroccanoil, Olaplex, Oribe, René Furterer, Shu Uemura and Steampod.
The customer is responsible for adding the promotional code before making payment and verifying that it has been applied. BladesBarbier.com reserves the right to terminate any promotional code at any time. Promotional codes are only valid online at www.bladesbarbier.com.
Product availability
Occasionally, some products offered may be out of stock. In such a case, a customer service representative will contact you by email to inform you of the applicable delivery times. If your order contains a combination of available and out-of-stock products, we will deliver the entire order once all products are collected.

At Blades Barbier, some images on our website were created using artificial intelligence. This choice allows us to represent authentic diversity, harmonize our visuals, and precisely prototype our world.
