Delivery and exchange

Your order will generally leave the warehouse after 2 to 4 business days. Your package will then arrive at your home in 2 to 7 days in Quebec and in 3 to 9 business days everywhere else in Canada.

The order is validated the same day, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, or the following day. The preparation of the package begins after the payment validation and is prepared within 2 to 4 business days. Please note that depending on certain conditions beyond our control, preparation could take longer.

BladesBarbier.com will endeavor to deliver as quickly as possible after accepting your order. Delivery will be handled by Canada Post, Canpar or Nationex and you will be able to track your package directly on the Canada Post , Canpar or Nationex website using the tracking code that will be sent to you by email.

Delivery times are 2 to 7 business days in Quebec and 3 to 9 days everywhere else in Canada. All orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Please note that delivery times for certain items or under certain conditions beyond our control may be longer. Delivery is exclusive to Canada.

The risk of loss and title to the purchased merchandise pass to you when we deliver the merchandise to the carrier. We are not responsible for theft or loss of products following delivery; it is your responsibility to be present at the time of delivery and/or to send the package to a secure location.

If no one is present at the address on the package at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave it at the door or in the mailbox or leave you a delivery notice and you will have to collect it from the post office.

Order exposed to cold

Were you not there when your package was delivered and your products froze? If this happens, leave the products in the box at room temperature; they will thaw naturally and will not be affected. Do not shake the bottles; handle with care.

Unclaimed parcel

If the carrier fails to deliver the item as scheduled, it will be sent to a counter for pickup. If you received a delivery notification, follow the instructions on the notification to retrieve your item or check the delivery status using the tracking number we provided to you via email.

When you go to the post office to collect your package, you must present the following documents:

  1. Delivery notice
  2. An official ID with photo and address

PLEASE NOTE: You will have a maximum of 10 business days to pick up your package at the Canada Post office. After this time, the package will be automatically returned to us and we will have to cancel and refund your order, less the initial delivery charges. If you wish to have the package returned to you, you will have to pay the delivery charges.

Once a package is dropped off at a Canpar SMARTSpot, you have 5 business days to pick it up. After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the package is typically transferred to a local pickup location within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

Wrong address

If the customer provides an incorrect address (e.g., apartment number not indicated) and the package is returned to the BladesBarbier.com shipping center, the customer will have to pay the delivery costs so that we can reship the package.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, and the customer refuses to pay the reshipping fees, the order will be refunded, less the shipping fees paid for the initial shipment by BladesBarbier.com.

If the customer provides an incorrect address and the package is delivered to that address, BladesBarbier.com is not responsible. The customer is responsible for verifying that their information is accurate and will be responsible for their error.

Picking

Warehouse pickup is free and can be selected at the time of finalizing your order. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup at our office during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.). Customers must wait to receive the email stating that their order is ready before arriving.

Exchange Policy

We hope that all items purchased from BladesBarbier.com give you complete satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products and health standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products, tools, and instruments. BladesBarbier.com cannot be held responsible for anyone who does not like the product purchased through the online store. Since reactions to our products are individual and depend on many factors over which we have no control, we cannot guarantee universal satisfaction. By confirming your purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions of sale and acknowledge that the selected products meet your specific expectations and needs. All products purchased through BladesBarbier.com are final sale.

We only exchange items that were damaged during delivery, defective, or prematurely damaged. If you would like an exchange for a similar case, please contact us by email at support@bladesbarbier.com to open a ticket and arrange for the exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Please include a photo of your receipt as well as a photo of the product in question. The procedure is the same if you notice that an error has crept into your order. To expedite the process, you can send us a photo/video that shows the breakage or defect. We do not exchange undamaged items whose packaging and box have been damaged during transport.

It is your responsibility to test the products upon receipt, beyond 14 days no product will be replaced or refunded.

Guarantee

To benefit from the supplier's warranty on electronic tools, the item must be returned in its original packaging. BladesBarbier.com handles the exchange procedure during the first year of the warranty. After 1 year, you must deal directly with the manufacturer. If the limited warranty period is exceeded or if the item is not covered, BladesBarbier.com will not be able to do so.

Exchanges of products purchased on the BladesBarbier.com online store are made only through the BladesBarbier.com company and are not accepted in any other store.

All exchanges are subject to validation and approval by BladesBarbier.com.

The warranty is excluded

  • When the device has been damaged due to improper use.
  • When the damage comes from a fall, lack of maintenance or cleaning of the filter, lack of care in the use of the device.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and risks for returned products (unless BladesBarbier.com has not delivered the products you ordered or has delivered defective products, in which case BladesBarbier.com will bear the shipping costs and risks). You will also be responsible for the delivery costs of the product in the event of a replacement.

Responsibilities

BladesBarbier.com will not be liable at any time for any damage you may suffer due to insufficient inventory.

BladesBarbier.com cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind that may result from improper use of products or tools.

BladesBarbier.com cannot be held responsible for anyone who does not like the product purchased through the online store.

The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between BladesBarbier.com and you with respect to the subject matter hereof.
